【考案の詳細な説明】
(イ) 産業上の利用分野
この考案はゴムシートの重ね継ぎ合せ部に未加
硫ゴムテープを介在させ、この重ね継ぎ合せ部を
加熱圧着し未加硫ゴムテープを加硫させ、ゴムシ
ートを接着せしめるゴムシート加熱圧着装置に関

貯水池、屋根など施工面積の広い現場にゴムシ
ートを敷設する場合、ゴムシートの運搬や施工に
困難をきたすために、所望の幅の長尺ゴムシート
を、その両端部を重ねて継ぎ合せ、その重ね継ぎ
合せ部に未加硫ゴムテープを介在させ、継ぎ合せ
部を加熱圧着して未加硫ゴムテープを加硫させゴ
ムシートを接着施工していた。このため従来、実
公昭56−39622号公報に示すように、移動式の手
動加硫圧着装置を使用したゴムシートの重ね継ぎ
合せ部に未加硫ゴムテープを介在して加硫接着し
ていた。しかし、このようなゴムシート加硫圧着
装置は、圧着機構として手動油圧式ジヤツキや圧
力バネが使用されていたため構造が複雑で故障が
発生し易く、しかも重量が嵩み斜面で移動させな
がらゴムシートを施工する場合多大な労力を要し
作業が非能率的であつた。また、ゴムシートの加
圧を手作業で行つていたため、作業者によつて、
加圧力がまちまちであるため圧着ムラが起り、ゴ
ムシート間の接着が不均一で、接着が不良となり

以下、この考案の実施例を図面によつて詳細に
説明すれば、機台1は第1,2図に示すようにそ
の側面形状が概略U字型で、その下部前方に車輪

機台1の下部上端には下方発熱盤7が固着され、
機台1の上部にはシリンダ受5を介して単動形油
圧シリンダ4が取り付けられている。その油圧シ
リンダ4にはシリンダ4に回転自在に枢着された
発熱盤受8を介して、下方発熱盤7に対向して上
方発熱盤6が上下動自在に取付けられている。発
熱盤6,7は第3図に示すようにそれぞれ断熱材

れている。このように構成された加熱装置の単動
式油圧シリンダ4は機台外に設置された油圧シリ
ンダ用駆動ポンプ12とゴムシートの施工面積
(加熱装置の移動範囲)に応じて適宜の長さのゴ
ム製の管13によつて連結されている。本例は、
流体圧シリンダに単動形を採用しているが複動形
でもよく、また流体圧に水圧、空気圧を用いても

連繋された上方発熱盤6を下降させ、ゴムシート
の重ね継ぎ合せ部を約5Kg/cm2で約2分間加圧す
れば未加硫のブチルゴムテープbがゴムシート

に接着される。加硫が終れば油圧を開放し単動形
油圧シリンダ4に内蔵されたバネにより上方発熱
盤6を上昇させ加熱装置を移動する。そして順次
加熱装置を移動させながらゴムシートの重ね継ぎ
合せ部を未加硫のブチルゴムテープによつて加熱
圧着を繰り返すことによりゴムシートの施工を完
成する。尚、ゴムシートの継ぎ合せ部を発熱盤間
に挿入するにあたつては、機台の低い位置に発熱
盤と車輪を配設しておけば挿入が簡単になり、ま
た加熱圧着する時ゴムシートの重ね継ぎ合せ部を
