置に気液判別センサを設置するとともに、起動時
この気液判別センサが液相と判別したとき、上記
電動モータを低速回転起動する起動手段を設けた

加し、その後上記気液判別センサが気相と判別し
たとき通常運転電圧に戻す起動手段を設けたこと
