Claims (1)
- 被測定試料を収容する試料セルをデユワー瓶内
に挿入して冷却しつつ、セル内部に吸着ガスを導
入して試料によるガスの吸着量を測定する装置に
おいて、上記デユワー瓶内に、当該デユワー瓶内
に挿入された試料セルを囲み、かつ、冷媒を含有
できる多数の孔を有してなる多孔体を配設したこ
とを特徴とする吸着量測定装置。
