Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧力発生源とアクチユエータとを連絡する流体
    供給回路中に、アキユムレータと圧力スイツチと
    が設けられており、この圧力スイツチの検出信号
    に応答して上記圧力発生源を駆動制御し、それに
    より上記流体供給回路の圧力を一定値以上に維持
    する流体圧式アクチユエータの作動装置において
    、 (a) 上記アクチユエータの動作速度を検出する
    手段と、 (b) アクチユエータの動作命令が与えられかつ
    上記圧力スイツチが高圧を検出している条件下で
    、アクチユエータの動作速度が基準値以下になつ
    た場合、圧力スイツチが故障したと判断して上記
    圧力発生源を一定時間駆動させる制御手段と、 を備えたことを特徴とする流体圧式アクチユエー
    タの作動装置。
