Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] 1. A writing tip 2 is disposed at the lower end of a barrel shaft 1 which also serves as an ink storage tube, and a writing tip 2 is provided at a location required for ink storage in approximately the lower half of the inner hole of the barrel shaft. A plurality of partition walls 3 are provided that protrude vertically and toward the center, and a float 6 that moves with the ink is placed on the top surface of the ink 4 at the center of an inscribed circle formed by the tips of the partition walls in the center direction. A gas pressurized ballpoint pen with a structure characterized by a floating structure. 2. A gas pressurized ballpoint pen in which the structure according to claim 1 is provided in the inner hole of the ink storage tube 8 and is fixed to the inner hole of the barrel shaft 1 which also serves as the ink storage tube.
