左右を折返し状に縫着してほぼ直線状に弾性復元
可能な縫い縁部を有する合成樹脂材等からなるラ
ミネートシート部材を介装するとともに、前記左
右の縫い縁部の折返し縁のほぼ中央部にカツト凹
部を形成し、また、前記ラミネートシート部材の
取付端部間には所定の長さを有して同シート部材
を左右のカツト凹部を中心として上方へ折畳み指
向可能に伸縮可能な弾性部材を取付ける構成とし
