ースが上端に設けられたシリンダチユーブと、 該シリンダチユーブ内を上部室と下部室に画成
し、ロツド挿通穴からシリンダチユーブ内に挿通
したピストンロツドに連結されたピストンと、 前記シリンダチユーブを囲んで設けられ、シリ
ンダチユーブ外周に下部連通路を介して下部室に
連通した外側室を形成すると共に、シリンダチユ
ーブの上側にベースによつて外側室及び上部室と
画成されたリザーバ室を形成するアウタチユーブ
と、 前記ベースに形成され、圧側行程時に上部室の
流体を減衰力発生手段を介して外側室に流通させ
る圧側連通路、伸側行程時に外側室の流体を減衰
力発生手段を介して上部室もしくはリザーバ室に
流通させる伸側連通路、及び、リザーバ室を上部
室に連通するチエツク流路と、 前記ピストンロツドの外周面に当接してロツド
挿通穴内に設けられた減圧シール及び該減圧シー
ルの外方にシールハウジングを介して設けられた
オイルシールと、 前記シールハウジングを外側室に連通する圧抜
