この考案は、水道水などの飲み水について不純
物質を除去し、ミネラル分を補給する性質を有す
る、例えば麦飯石、太陽石等の石粒等の浄水物質
を収納する浄水ポツトの構造に関し、特に内容水
の取り出しに当たつて、上記石粒が流出しないこ

あつたから、いきおい装置自体の構造が複雑とな
つて大型化する上、かかる構造では濾過槽内の通
水時間が短かいため、ミネラルの補給等が充分で
ないという欠点があつた。

突成し、周縁を下垂縁として上記開口部をカバー
の上端内面に水密に結合した第1遮蔽板と、その
下方に位置する第2遮砂板を、それぞれのスペー
サーを介してカバーの内面に一定間隔を保つて固
定する一方、カバー内面と各遮砂板の間隔を、予
め一定粒度に破砕してポツト主体内に収納される
浄水物質の粒径以下にしたことによつて、上述し
た問題点を解決したものである。

又、ポツト内に収納された浄水物質は、水道水中
に含まれる不純物を活性化吸着する一方、該物質
に含有されているカリウム、カルシウム等のアル
カリ性金属並びに鉄、コバルトに代表される遷移
金属等を水中に溶出させるという作用を有するも
のである。

カバー2の内面に一定の間隔を保つて固定される
ものであるが、その間隔は下述する一定粒度の浄
水物質5の粒径よりも小さくすると共に、第1遮
砂板3の周縁を下垂縁としたことで浄水物質の流
出を確実に防止し得るようにしたものである。
