PURPOSE:To strengthen mechanical intensity of a luminaire main body, and to facilitate screw fixture of electric parts by providing a hollow part on the upper surface of the luminaire main body on which electric parts such as a lamp socket and a ballast are mounted, or in the longitudinal direction of the side surface of the luminair main body including the mounting part of the electric parts. CONSTITUTION:For a luminaire for which a luminaire main body 1 on which electric parts such as a lamp socket and a ballast are mounted, is formed out of a synthetic resin compact, on the upper surface of the luminaire main body 1, or in a longitudinal direction on the side surface thereof including the mounting part of the electric parts, a hollow part 2 is provided. ランプ、9はカバーである。
