Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform collation method regardless of the experiences of an operator by performing the automatic collation based on a collating slip having no collation key and inputted by the operator and a slip to be collated. CONSTITUTION:An input/output device 1 consists of an information input part and an information display part. Then the device 1 inputs a collating slip and a slip to be collated to display an input error and to input an executing instruction of collation. A computer 2 consists of a CPU, a memory, a peripheral processor, etc., and processes data. A file device 3 stores the input collating slip and slip to be collated and the result of collation. An output device 4 prints out both slips and the result of collation stored in the device 3. Then the collation is automated between the collating slip and the slip to be collated. Thus a uniform collation method is obtained regardless of the extent of experiences of an operator.

In the above-mentioned conventional manual verification of documents, there is a noticeable difference in verification time depending on the experience of the worker, and the verification method also differs depending on the worker. Another drawback is that it takes a huge amount of time to collate when a large amount of slips are to be collated.

The second output means 16 displays the passed check results on the input/output device 1 and prompts the operator to correct errors. The matched slips with no errors are broken down into slip lines by the second slip disassembly means 18 and stored in the file device 3. The classification means 19 separates each of the matched slips and the matched slips stored in the file device 3. The documents are sorted in descending order of amount and quantity, and the sorted results are stored in the file device 3 as sorted verification slips and counted verification slips, respectively.

The first matching means 20 matches the sorted matching slips and the counted slips to be matched, and adds a matching mark to the sorted matching slip row and the sorted matching slip row whose amounts and quantities match. The second matching means 21 matches the sorted matching slips that have not been matched by the first matching means 20 and the sorted matching slips by amount, and if they match, subtracts the quantity of the matching slips from the quantity of the matching slip line. Adds a verified mark to the matching slip and the matched slip line. Verified slip lines whose quantity does not become 0 become objects that can be verified again.

The correction means 22 displays the collated results on the input/output means 1 and requests confirmation from the operator. The operator inputs a confirmation input from the input/output means 1 if the verification result is correct, and inputs correction information if the verification result needs to be corrected. Also, the confirmed verification result is transferred to the printing means 23 by the operator inputting an output instruction from the input/output means 1, and is sent to the output device 4.

As explained above, the present invention automatically performs verification based on a verification slip without a verification key input by an operator and a verified document, and outputs the verification results, thereby eliminating the need for manual verification. In comparison, it is possible to use a uniform matching method regardless of the level of experience of the operator, and it also makes it possible to equalize the matching time, especially when matching a large number of documents, in a shorter time than the conventional method. There are effects that can be done.
