に配置され、セラミツクヒータと直列接続した常
閉接点と、セラミツクヒータに通電する電流の少
なくとも1部を流すとともに温度によつて変形又
は抵抗が変化する導体部を備えており、セラミツ
クヒータの異常発熱時に導体を流れる電流と導体
の温度を感知して前記常閉接点をオフするように
したことを特徴とするセラミツクヒータの安全装
