り接続してある。そしてポンプ5より送られる空
気を浴槽1内に配置した噴気盤3から気泡として
噴出するようになつている。ところが上記のよう
な従来例においては接続ホース6を浴槽1の上端
部のフランジ7の裏面側に立ち上げたり、あるい
は逆止弁14を設けて噴気盤3からポンプ5への
水の逆流を防止するようにしていた。ところが接
続ホース6をフランジ7近くまで立ち上げたもの
にあつては、依然としてフランジ7よりもレベル
が低いので浴槽1内の水位がフランジ7まで至る
とポンプ5側に水が逆流するという問題があり、
逆流防止としては十分ではなかつた。また接続ホ
ース6の途中に逆止弁14を取り付けるものにお
いては、逆止弁14の故障時におけるメンテナン
スがきわめて困難であり、また逆止弁14を取り
付けるためコストがアツプするという問題があ
り、更に配管抵抗が増して気泡発生量が少なくな
ると共にポンプ5に余分な負荷がかかるという問
題があつた。

でき、故障のおそれもなく、コストも安くてすむ
気泡発生装置を組み込んだ浴槽構造を提供するに
ある。

である。すなわち本考案にあつては、浴槽1のフ
ランジ7の位置よりも接続ホース6の立ち上げ部
分9の上端部10を位置させることで浴槽1の水
位がフランジ7まで至つても噴気盤3からポンプ
5に水が逆流することがないようになつたもので
あり、しかもこのような逆流防止の構造がフラン
ジ7の一部に凸部8を設けて、凸部8の裏面側に
接続ホース6の立ち上げ部分9の上端部10を位
置させるだけで構成でき、逆止弁を用いなくても
簡単な構成で確実に逆流防止ができるようになつ
たものである。

側まで立ちあげてあり、この凸部8の裏面側に位
置する接続ホース6の立ち上げ部分9の上端部1
0は浴槽1のフランジ7の凸部8以外の部分より
も高い位置に位置させてある。つまり接続ホース
6の上端部10の内径下端はフランジ7の上面よ

つている。この横長部11は上端部10側にいく
ほど次第に高くなるように傾斜している。添付の

の下端部12の内径の下端はフランジ7の上端よ
り高くなつているが、上端部10の内径の下端が
フランジ7の上面よりも高くなつていれば横長部
11の下端部12の内径の下端はフランジ7と同
レベルまたはフランジ7より若干低くてもよい。

11の両端を配管固定金具13により浴槽1に固
定するものであり、このようにすることで、横長
部11の傾斜を正確に保持できるとともに上端部
10のレベルを所定のレベルに保持できるもので
ある。ところでポンプ5は浴槽一体化タイプのも
のでも、浴槽と分離するタイプのものでもよいの
は勿論である。なお凸部8を浴槽1の短辺側のフ
ランジ7に設けた場合、凸部8を入浴時に入浴者
の頭を当ててもたれるための枕とすることできる
ものである。

弁を用いなくてもよいのでコストが安くなり、ま
た逆止弁を用いなくてもよいので故障等のトラブ
ルがなく、メンテナンス等を考慮した浴槽設計が
不要であり、さらにまた逆止弁を設けるものに比
べて配管抵抗が少なくて気泡発生量が多くなると
共にポンプに余分な負荷がかからないものであつ
て、簡単な構成で確実に逆流防止ができ、また、
逆止弁を設けることなく逆流防止を行うための部
分が浴槽に備わつているフランジに凸部を設ける
のみでフランジの下方の空間を有効利用して逆流
防止が行えるものであつて、逆流防止を行うため
の配管を配置するための特別なスペースを別に必
要とせず、浴室を広く使え、施工も簡略化され、
また接続ホースが外部に露出せずに外観がよく、
接続ホースが邪魔にならないものである。
