Claims (1)
電装置と、帯電後の感光体に原稿画像若しくは画
像信号に対応した光を露光して静電潜像を形成す
る光書き込み装置と、感光体上に形成された静電
潜像を現像してトナー像を形成する現像装置と、
感光体上に形成されたトナー像を転写部材に転写
する転写装置と、転写部材上に転写されたトナー
像を定着する定着装置と、転写後の感光体上の残
留トナーを除去するクリーニング装置と、クリー
ニング後の感光体表面を除電する除電装置とを備
え、上記感光体が着脱可能な画像形成装置におい
て、上記感光体が装着されているか否かを感光体
からの反射光によつて検知する反射式のフオトセ
ンサを設け、このフオトセンサを上記転写装置か
ら帯電装置に至る範囲に配置するか、若しくは、
上記除電装置にLEDアレイを用いて上記フオト
センサをこの除電用のLEDアレイと一体に設け
