ボ充電部の充電制御手段と、ストロボ発光部の発
光制御手段と、適正光量のストロボ発光が可能か
否かを検出する検出手段と、この検出手段により
適正光量のストロボ発光が不可能であると検出さ
れた場合に撮影を行つた時の画質を推定する推定
手段と、前記測光手段により低輝度であることが
測光された場合に前記充電制御手段によりストロ
ボ充電部の充電を開始させ、かつ前記推定手段に
より画質が著しく悪くならないと推定された場合
に前記発光制御手段によりストロボ発光部の発光
を禁止させるか、あるいは適正光量にならないス
トロボ発光を行つてレリーズを優先させ、さらに
前記推定手段により画質が悪くなると推定された
場合にレリーズを禁止させるコントロール手段と
