する動作管理装置において、 前記センサのオン／オフ状態を監視する手段と
、このオンオフ監視手段で当該センサがオンであ
ると認識してから第１の所定時間経過前であれば
オン安定待ち状態とし、第１の所定時間経過後で
あればオン安定状態とし、当該オンオフ監視手段
で当該センサがオフであると認識してから第２の
所定時間経過前であればオフ安定待ち状態とし、
第２の所定時間経過後であればオフ安定状態とす
るセンサ状態判定手段と、 センサのオンオフ指令に対して、当該オンオフ
監視手段若しくはセンサ状態判定手段より当該セ
ンサのオンオフ状態を読込んで、指令に対応する
状態にあれば当該センサに指令を送らず、指令に
対応する状態に無ければ当該センサに当該オンオ
フ指令に相当する指令を送るオンオフ指令監視手
段と、 センサの測定開始指令に対して、当該センサ状
態判定手段より当該センサのオン／オフ状態及び
安定待ち／安定状態を読込んで、センサがオン状
態であれば安定状態になつてから測定を開始し、
オフ状態で存ればセンサオン指令信号を出力する
測定開始指令監視手段と、 センサの測定終了指令に対して、当該センサ状
態判定手段より当該センサのオン／オン像対及び
安定待ち／安定状態を読込んで、センサがオフ状
態であれば安定状態になつてから測定を終了し、
オン状態で存ればセンサオフ指令信号を出力する
