にその開度位置検出装置に関するものである。

7bとは全く別にリミツトスイツチ6a,6bが
操作機ベース13に固定されており、リミツトス
イツチ、コンデンサ、モータ及びその他の付属品
の配線はすべて電線を用いてハンダ付けを行つて
いた。従つてすべての部品の電動操作機内への組
み込みが終了してから、カムの調整(弁全開、全
閉あるいは意図した開度にてリミツトスイツチが
作動するようにすること)を行つていた。

知識が要求される。従つてこのような不具合が弁
を実際に使用している現場で生じた場合には、専
門的知識を有する技術員が必要となる。この専門
技術員が派遣されるまで弁の使用は不可能とな
り、結果的には非常に非経済的である。

ける。加えて電動操作機の出力軸と、カム軸並び
にカム装置を別体取り外し可能に構成したことを
特徴とする。

するようにカム7a,7bと適当な距離を隔てて
プリント基板11に固定されている。リミツトス
イツチ6a,6bのプリント基板11への固定は
ハンダ付けで直接固定されるのが望ましい。この
プリント基板11には同様にコンデンサ10が固
定され、コンデンサ10とリミツトスイツチ6
a,6bはプリントパターンにより配線されてい
る。更にプリント基板11は取り付けプレート1
2に着脱可能に固定され、同プレート12は電動
操作機のベース13に同様に固定されている。

ント基板上にリミツトスイツチ及びモータ用コン
デンサを装着することにより電線が大幅に少なく
なり、接続ミスがまつたくなくなるとともに、作
業性が飛躍的に良くなる。また電動操作機の組立
に際しても、カムとカム軸を装着したカバー、リ
ミツトスイツチ、コンデンサを予めプリント基板
に取り付け、そのプリント基板を電動操作機に取
り付けるだけなので、従来の組立に伴う煩わしさ
が全くない。
