Abstract

PURPOSE:To get the most comfortable air conditioning feeling by a method wherein changing- over damper structures are provided at downstream sides of air blowing circuits for an evaporator and a condensor, respectively, air of the air blowing circuit for the evaporator is bypass fed to the air blowing circuit for the condensor and then the air of the air blower for the condensor is fed out to a front surface of the device. CONSTITUTION:When a cold air is required, a cold air of which heat is absorbed by an evaporator 2 is discharged out of a cold air diffuser 7a at the front surface and reaches an upper body of a user. An air blowing circuit 8 for a condensor has a closed damper 12 and has the same structure as that of a partition wall 6, resulting in that blown air for the evaporator and blown air for condensor are mixed to each other. When a dehumidifying operation is performed, the damper 12 is opened and the air of which heat is absorbed by the evaporator 2, cooled and dehumidified is fed into the air blowing circuit 8 for the condensor through an upper opening 6a of the partition wall, passes through the condensor 3. At this time, the air becomes a dried air slightly higher than a temperature of a living room under a thermal radiation of the condensor 3 and further the air is discharged out of a radiation air diffuser 8a at a rear surface of the device. As a result, the cold air is blown out of the upper part of the front surface of the device and the dehumidified air is blown from a direction where the air is directly struck against the user so as to improve the air conditioning feeling.

PRIOR ART FIG. 8 1 Main This shows a conventional integrated air conditioner. 1 1L, air conditioner unit; 2 is evaporation; 3 is condensation; 1 is compressor; 9 is electric box; 6 is partition wall 10 that partitions the evaporator air blowing circuit 7 and the condenser air blowing circuit 8; electric heating device 121; L is air for the condenser As shown in the figure, the air outlet 7 of the evaporator air blower circuit 7 is located on the downstream side of the damper 12 as shown in the figure.
The operation of the air conditioner configured as above will be explained below, even if the electric heating device 10 is installed on the way to the damper 12ζ. The evaporator air blower circuit 7 and the condenser air blower circuit 8 are connected to the rear of the electric heating device 10.
The cold air that has passed through the evaporator air blower circuit 7 is discharged from the usage side air outlet 7a, giving the user a feeling of cold air. In addition, the condenser blown air (by the partitioning action of the damper 12, the air other than the side where unit 1 is used (?1 in this figure)
It is discharged to the air outlet 8a on the top surface). On the other hand, during heating (
Damper 12 {Yo} is located at the position of the broken line shown in Figure 8,
Both the condenser blower circuits 7 and 8 use only air blowing without refrigerant heat exchange, and the air from the condenser blower circuit is passed through the electric heating device 10 that generates heat while being energized, and mixed with the air from the evaporator blower circuit. At the top, the air is discharged to the use-side outlet 7a to provide a feeling of warm air. Also, during dehumidification (friend), in the same operation as during heating, the electric heating device 1o is not energized, and the air is guided from the air blowing circuit for the condenser, and the air is radiated by the condenser.
The problem to be solved by the invention is that it mixes with the cold air from the evaporator and is discharged from the usage side outlet 7a. With the configuration as shown in Figure 8, the cold air is discharged from the user side air outlet (the cold air is blown out from above and is effective in increasing the cooling sensation of the user's upper body). It has the disadvantage that it does not have the effect of bringing a warm feeling to the lower body (feet), and when using dehumidification (it is easy to use low-humidity, low-temperature air that has passed through the evaporator, and high-temperature air that has passed through the condenser, which is the same as the living room). This has the drawback that only air with absolute humidity is mixed, and the blown air is not sufficiently dehumidified. The present invention, in view of the above problems, blows cold air and hot air into upper and lower parts, respectively. The dehumidifying air is designed to have a structure in which the air that has passed through the evaporator of the dehumidifier unit passes through the condenser. In order to solve this problem, the present invention {1. It has a structure that branches and directs the air to either of the air outlets provided on the rear side of the unit, and the air passing through the evaporator is guided to the rear side of the unit. The air blower circuit for the condenser is re-stormed from the rear side of the unit. In addition, according to the present invention, the air passing through the evaporator led from the branch switching damper for the evaporator air is provided with an air passage passing through the unit. This air conditioner is equipped with a structure that joins the condenser blower circuit at an upstream position of the condenser. On the other hand, the present invention also provides an air conditioner that can be opened and closed upstream of the air outlet of the condenser blower circuit. A damper structure is provided, and an air outlet is provided on the back side of the unit for air passing through the condenser, and an air passage passes through the unit from this damper part to an air outlet provided on the front side of the unit where it is used. The damper has a condenser blower circuit structure that allows the air force passing through the condenser to be branched to either the front or rear side of the unit where it is used.

Effects By using the above means, the following effects can be obtained by switching the dampers provided in the evaporator air circulation circuit and the condenser air circulation circuit of the air conditioning unit of the present invention. If you want to obtain the desired result (by placing the evaporator blower circuit damper in the position where the front air outlet on the unit use side is open, and the condenser blower circuit damper in the position where the rear air outlet of the unit is open), the evaporator Cold air ('!S) is blown out to the front of the user side.
Air for condenser heat dissipation (unnecessary warm air) (discharged to the back of the unit) Evaporator 凰 Forms an independent air blowing circuit for each condenser, giving the user a feeling of cool air. Also, in the case of dehumidifying operation. (Dai) Place the evaporator air blower circuit damper in the position where the front air outlet on the unit 1/usage side is closed, so that all the air passing through the evaporator passes through the air passage inside the unit toward the back side, and then the condenser air blower is placed on the back side of the unit. Close-up view of the air intake port of the circuit
It is inside the unit and is introduced upstream of the condenser in the condenser blower circuit and passes through the condenser. If this route is followed, the aerodynamic force that has absorbed heat in the evaporator and is cooled will return to the condenser. The air from the evaporator and the air from the condenser air inlet can be mixed upstream of the condenser blower. Temperature unevenness does not occur in this dehumidified air during dehumidification. The structure of the present invention prevents the position of the condenser blower circuit damper during dehumidification.
It is possible to send air to the condenser air blower circuit air outlet on the back of the unit.It is also possible to send air to the air outlet provided on the front of the unit where it is used.Dehumidifying air can be blown according to the user's choice. It is possible to change the exit. L & evaporator air blower circuit damper when using heating
Set the front air outlet on the user side of the unit to a closed position, and force exchange the air at the same temperature as the room that passed through the evaporator without using the refrigeration cycle. It penetrates to form a blower circuit that is introduced into the condenser blower circuit. On the other hand, the damper of the condenser air blower circuit closes the condenser air outlet and positions the air to be blown to the air outlet on the front side of the unit where the unit is used, so that the air introduced from the evaporator air blower circuit
The air sucked in from the air intake port of the condenser blower circuit joins together and passes through the electric heating device that is energized.
It is overheated and gives the user a feeling of warm air. When using the air conditioner according to the present invention, it is possible to select the locations of the cold air and hot air outlets separately, and the locations of the dehumidifying air outlets can be temporarily set to either the front or rear side on the usage side. It can be selected and has the effect of further enhancing the feeling of air conditioning provided to the user.

On the rear side of the unit 1, air is blown to the condenser 3, the condenser blower 5, and the air outlet 8a of the condenser air blower circuit 8 (hereinafter referred to as the rear heat radiation air outlet) on the downstream side of the rear grille 14. A circuit is formed. FIG. A space 13a is provided between the condenser blow air suction port 14b and the condenser 3, and this position is communicated with the partition wall upper opening 6a to form an upper bypass ventilation path l3. According to the structure of the embodiment, when the user wants to obtain cold air (as shown in FIG. Text Front cold air outlet 7
It is discharged from a and reaches the user's upper body. This air blowing circuit 8 for the RIM compressor (upper damper 12 is closed and has the same structure as the partition wall 6).
There is no mixing of condenser blow air. 1X When the user performs dehumidification operation (as shown in Figure 4, the position of damper l2 is at the position indicated by the broken line 12b,
The air force absorbs heat and is cooled and dehumidified. Opening 6 at the top of the bulkhead
In either case, the air is introduced into the condenser blower circuit 8 and passes through the condenser 3. Due to the heat dissipation of the condenser 3, it becomes dry air with a temperature slightly higher than that of the living room, and heat dissipates from the back. The air is discharged from the air outlet 8a. Cool air blows out from the top of the front of the unit.
Dehumidifying air (by blowing from a direction that does not directly hit the user, it has the effect of enhancing the feeling of air conditioning.
This embodiment shows an embodiment in which, in addition to the unit structure of the first and second embodiments, a rotatable damper 1 is provided in the middle of the condenser blower circuit 8 and downstream of the condenser blower 5.

Bypass ventilation passage 16 leading to the lower front outlet (hereinafter referred to as the lower front air outlet)
The shape of the second damper 15 (hereinafter referred to as the lower bypass ventilation passage) is such that it completely closes the upper back heat radiation air outlet 8a, and the total amount of air sent out from the condenser blower 5. Even if the structure is such that the flow passes through the lower opening 6b of the partition wall, the structure of the third embodiment described above allows for the cooling air and the dehumidifying air to be separated by the structure of the first and second embodiments. It is also possible to blow out dehumidified air to the front of the user side of the unit 1.This makes it possible to directly use the dehumidified air without changing the front and rear directions of the user force exchange unit, which can be used to dry articles, etc. In addition, according to the third embodiment, the rear heat dissipation air outlet 8a can be used as a dedicated outlet for condenser heat dissipation, and by connecting a duct to this part (
(not shown), without dispersing heat radiation air into the living room.
It becomes possible to radiate heat from the condenser outside the living room. FIG. 6 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention, in which, in addition to the unit structure of the third embodiment, the lower bypass ventilation passage 1 is
An electric heating device 10 is disposed within 6. With this configuration, when the user wants to obtain warm air (Fig. , the blower of each evaporator condenser is rotated. As a result, the indoor air sucked in from the front suction port 1a of the unit passes through the evaporator air blower circuit 7, passes through the upper bypass air passage 13, and is transferred to the condenser air blower. Inflow L'L into the circuit 8. Living room air sucked from the rear air suction port 14b is combined and sent to the lower bypass ventilation path l by the condenser blower 5.
6, heated by the energized electric heating device 10, and discharged from the lower front air outlet 16a.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the present invention has a switching damper structure on the downstream side of each of the blower circuits for the evaporated droplets and the condenser. By directing the air from the condenser blower circuit to the front of the unit, it is possible to set the blowout positions of cold air, warm air, and dehumidified air to positions that provide the optimal air conditioning feeling. This can be achieved within a single air conditioning unit by using a damper structure that does not require a particularly complex structure and the dead space of each air blowing circuit for the evaporator and KM condenser. It has the advantage that it is suitable for an air conditioning unit that performs local air conditioning.
