体供給用パイプ４を垂下させ、また、容器体１の

パイプ４の上部乃至バルブ３の適所に、容器体１
内上部の空間とそのパイプ４乃至バルブ３内の主
流路７とを連通させる小さな傍流路８を設けたこ
