なくとも一方を、両フランジの対向間隔を変更し
て固定可能に設けたことを特徴とするガス吸着用
エレメント。 (2) 請求項第(1)項に記載の芯材用ロツドの下方
側に雄ネジ部を形成し、下側フランジに前記雄ネ
ジ部を挿通する穴を形成するとともに、前記下側
フランジを前記芯材用ロツドに固定するナツトを
