Claims (1)
- メタルマスク用の金属版を化学的、あるいは機
械的な彫刻法を用い、求める寸法より大きな開口
画像を形成させた後、少なくとも開口内部と印刷
面側あるいは必要に応じスキージ面側に感光性樹
脂を塗布し、写真製版法を用いることにより、目
的の開口画像を得ることを特徴とするメタルマス
ク印刷版。
