Claims (1)
- ロツドの中央部に設けたピストンにシリンダを
嵌合させ、このシリンダの両端部に設けたブロツ
クを上記ロツドに嵌合させて、両ブロツク間のロ
ツドとシリンダとの間で、上記ピストンの両側に
左室と右室を形成し、上記ロツドおよびブロツク
に設けたエア通路を上記左室と右室に連通させ、
上記ロツドを回り止めしつつ軸移動させることに
より、ロツドとシリンダとの相対移動を可能にし
たエアシリンダ装置において、上記ロツドの軸直
角断面形状を多角形に形成するとともに、このロ
ツドの両側面を略Ｖ溝状のローラ軸受で軸支した
ことを特徴とするエアシリンダ装置。
