However, these conventional safety operation maintenance devices have the problem that their sensitivity fluctuates due to fluctuations in power supply voltage, etc., and in particular, in devices that are shared with a power outage detection circuit, the detection sensitivity has to be lowered due to the conflict with momentary power outage detection sensitivity. There is a problem in that it is difficult to set.

In the above configuration, DC power supply circuit 1 converts AC power to DC voltage, and converts the voltage using a capacitor.
Hold at V0. When the seismic sensor 12 shown in FIG. If the number of pulses in this pulse signal exceeding a predetermined pulse width exceeds a predetermined value, or if the pulse signal has another predetermined pulse width larger than the predetermined pulse width, a safety command is output from the microcomputer 15. The output is held by the microcomputer 15. In this state, when the operation switch 2 is turned on, the operation switch circuit 4 is inverted (turned off), the transistors 9 and 10 are turned off via the resistors 5 to 8, the control power supply/control voltage detection circuit 11 is turned off, and the microcomputer 15 is turned off. is held until turned off.

The power supply voltage detection circuit 3 detects the output voltage of the DC power supply, and when this power supply voltage reaches a predetermined reference value (V1) shown in FIG. 2, the operation switch circuit 4 is reset to OFF. The operation switch circuit 4 is composed of a flip-flop, and is inverted by the signal from the operation switch 2. On the other hand, the control power supply/control voltage detection circuit 11
has a capacitor, so that even if the flip-flop is reversed and transistor 9 becomes non-conductive, it will not turn off immediately, converting the power supply voltage to a control voltage, and converting the control power supply voltage to another voltage as shown in Figure 2. When the voltage drops below the reference voltage (V2), the control power is turned off.

When the microcomputer detects the operation of the seismic sensor 12 and a power outage occurs, in the case of a long power outage as shown in Fig. 2, the DC power supply circuit 1 is switched from V0 to
When the voltage drops to V1, the power supply voltage detection circuit 3 is activated and issues a reset signal to the operation switch circuit 4, which turns off the operation command and causes a complete stop. At this time, the control power supply/control voltage detection circuit 11 remains on if the voltage is equal to or higher than V2. In the case of a short power outage as shown in Fig. 2, the DC power supply circuit 1 is restored before it drops to V1, and the power supply voltage detection circuit 3
Since both the control power supply/control voltage detection circuit 11 is kept on, the operation command is kept and the microcomputer maintains safe operation. This safety operation is reset by turning the operating switch back on.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, an instantaneous power outage or a long power outage is determined based on whether the power supply voltage drops to a predetermined value after safe operation. It is possible to distinguish between power outages and long-term power outages. Furthermore, since safe operation is maintained in the event of a short power outage, the operation command remains on, and if the indicator lamp is set to blink during safe operation, the indicator lamp will indicate safe operation. On the other hand, in the event of a long-term power outage, the safety operation and operation commands are reset, so the system is completely shut down and the indicator lamp is also turned off, indicating that there has been a long-term power outage.
Note that such a safe operation maintaining device can be applied not only to operation based on the operation of the seismic sensor but also to safe operation based on other conditions.
