薄手の刷版52を取付けする版取付プレート53を設け
、予め版胴50に装着されたPS版等の通常の厚い版を

版取付装置は、版胴の上面に、刷版の基準孔に嵌入する
版位置決め用突起片と、該突起片を覆うように形成した
版押えプレートとを設け、前記突起片は刷版の巻付け方
向に向って低くなるように傾斜して形戒したことにある
. [実施例] 以下、本願発明の一実施例を第1図乃至第7図により詳
細に説明する. 図中1は版胴で、該版胴1には、胴の全長にわたって切
欠部2が設けられている. この版胴1の版固定側3の上面に、紙版或いは厚さ0.

長平方向から視て楔状に形戒されている.即ち、該頭部
6aは刷版5の巻付け方向に向って低くなるように傾斜
して形成されている.尚、本実施例では基準ピン6は、
版胴1の版固定側3に前記切欠部2に沿って、両端部に
夫々3個、計6個設けられているが、該基準ビン6は6
個に限定されることなく適宜数選択して設ければ良いこ
とは言うまでもない. 7は前記薄手の刷版5の版端の浮き上がりを防ぐための
押えプレートで、ほぼへの字状に折り曲げて形戒されて
おり、版胴1の上面に基準ビン6を覆うように一端部を
ボルト8によって固定されている. 即ち、押えプレート7の一辺側は、前記基準ビン6の頭
部6aの形状(楔形)に略合わせた角度に折曲げられて
おり、かつ、他端部は、薄手の刷版5を挿入しやすいよ
うに上方に折り曲げられている.そして、該押えプレー
ト7の基準ピン6と対向する面には基準ピン6の頭部6
aより大きい孔9が設けられており、薄手の刷版5の他
端を版胴1と押えプレート7との間に挿入して基準ビン
6と薄手の刷版5の基準孔5aを嵌合させる場合、前記
押えプレート7に設けた孔9を通して薄手の刷版5の基
準孔5aと基準ビン6との相対位置を確認しながら基準
ビン6に基準孔5aを嵌入できるようにしている. なお、本実施例の基準ビン6は、版胴1に固定した場合
について例示したがこれに限定されることなく、第6図
及び第7図に示す如く、コイルバネ10或いは板バネ1
1等の弾性体で支持し、版胴1の表面に出没可能として
もよい.また、押えプレート7には孔9を設けているが
、これは基準ビン6を目で確認できるようなものであれ
ばどのような形状をしても良し、押えプレート7を透明
なもの(プラスチック等〉で製作すれば前記孔9は必ず

準孔5aがあいている側の端部を、版胴1の版固定側上

差し込み、薄手の刷版5の基準孔5aを基準ビン6に合
わせ入れる. その際、基準ビン6の頭部6aの形状が、刷版5の挿入
側(刷版巻付け方向)に向って薄くなるように楔状に形
成されているので、刷版の挿入はスムーズに行われる.
しかも、押えプレート7に設けた孔9により薄手の刷版
5の基準孔5aと基準ピン6との相対位置を目で確認し
ながら挿入することができる. このようにして薄手の刷版5の基準孔5aが基準ピン6
に挿入されれば、該刷版5を予め、水.油或いは糊等を
全面に塗布したり、又は両面接着テープを貼り付けた版
胴1の表面に沿わせて巻付けるように貼り付け、版胴1
に直接装着される. そして、紙版等の薄手の刷版5を版胴1から取り外す場
合には、該刷版の版尻を版胴1から外し、該版尻を持っ
て版胴1から遠ざかる方向に引張ってやれば刷版5は基
準ピン6から容易に取外すことができる. [発明の効果] 以上詳述した如くこの発明によれば、紙版等の薄手の刷
版の端部を版胴と押えプレートとの間に差し込むことに
より、版端部は位置決め用基準ビンの楔形斜面に沿って
移動し、該ビンと刷版に設けた基準孔とは容易、かつ、
正確に嵌合できる.また、薄手の刷版の一端部に設けた
基準孔が基準ピンに挿入されると押えプレートにより押
圧して保持するので、一旦挿入後、刷版が基準ビンから
外れたり、浮き上がることもない等の効果がある.
