ス13を矢印方向に移動してキャップ6を7ウターケー
ス2の開口端部5内に嵌め合わせた後同図(C)に示す
ように更にダイス13を矢印方向に移動してアウターケ
ース2の開口端部5を内方に絞ってキャップ6の三角溝
12と7ウターケース2の開口端部5の三角溝11とを
食い込ませることによって、アウターケース2の開口端
