ネツトにより構成される磁気ベアリングを持つク
ロスフローフアンモータの軸受け構造。 (2) シヤフトの端部がピボツト軸受けとなつて
いる請求項１記載のクロスフローフアンモータの
軸受け構造。 (3) クロスフローフアンモータにおいてフアン
端部のシヤフトに固定されラジアル方向に着磁さ
れた円錐状マグネツトとある一定のエアギヤツプ
を隔てラジアル方向にシヤフトに固定されたマグ

トのペアを軸方向に対称に２対配置した磁気ベア
リングを持つクロスフローフアンモータの軸受け
