Claims (1)
- 鍋を挿脱自在に収容する鍋収容部の内底部にそ
の鍋の底面と離間対向して水平に配置するヒータ
ユニツトを設け、このヒータユニツトの上面から
鍋の底面に輻射熱を放射するとともに、ヒータユ
ニツトの下面から放射される輻射熱を、鍋収容部
の内底面でかつヒータユニツトと対向する部分の
反射面部で反射させ、この輻射熱をヒータユニツ
トの外周縁と鍋収容部の内周面との間の隙間から
出射させ鍋に当てて炊飯を行なうものにおいて、
前記反射面部の領域の境の部分に起立壁を一体に
設けたことを特徴とする電気炊飯器。
