  1. 皿状の受皿部２０の中央に隆起部２１が形成さ
    れている中蓋２であつて、該隆起部２１の中央部
    につまみ軸受け２２を突設させ、このつまみ軸受
    け２２の外周近傍に複数の第１透孔６，６を開口
    させるとともに前記受皿部２０における隆起部２
    １の外周に形成される環状凹部には前記第１透孔
    ６，６よりも小さな第２透孔６６，６６を開口さ
    せたガス炊飯器の中蓋構造において、第１透孔６
    ，６の上方を覆うような円板状のフロート３を、
    隆起部２１の上面から所定の間隔を有し且昇降自
    在となるようにつまみ軸受け２２に具備させたガ
    ス炊飯器の中蓋構造。
