Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A sintered body made of dielectric ceramic, and a plurality of sintered bodies arranged so as to overlap each other with dielectric ceramic layers interposed therebetween, and drawn out alternately to different side parts. an internal electrode, the internal electrode connected to one potential being drawn out to both a first side surface portion of the sintered body and a second side surface opposite to the first side surface portion; a first external electrode provided to be connected to the internal electrode connected to the one potential; a fuse element connected at one end to the first external electrode; and a fuse element connected to the other end of the fuse element. A multilayer capacitor with a fuse, characterized in that second external electrodes are formed on each of the first and second side surfaces.
