張・収縮するゴムチユーブと、ラグ部とラグステ
ーとバネとより成り前記ゴムチユーブの膨張・収
縮によりラグ部が前記中空円筒本体表面より突出
・没入するラグAssyと前記ゴムチユーブに挿
通するとともに適当数の空気孔を穿設した樹脂管
と該ゴムチユーブに連結したエアシールジヨイン
トとを配置して成る巻芯用シヤフトにおいて、 前記ラグAssyのラグ部とラグステー部とを
エンジニアリングプラスチツクで一体成形とする
と共に芯部若しくは外側を金属材とし、前記膨張
防止リングとエアシールジヨイントとをエンジニ
アリングプラスチツクとし、前記ラグAssyに
装着されるバネをベースと該ベース両端より斜め
上方へ突設した片持ち梁のバネとすると共に該ベ
ース部をラグステー端部に樹脂で対称に固定配置
