Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 従来のコンクリート建造物における仕上壁構築
法はコンクリート壁に硬化時間が7時間程度のボ
ンドを多数個所ダンゴ状に塗り付け、これに石膏
ボードを軽く手でたたいて圧着し、更に調整定規
でたたいて上下、左右のレベルを出しながら調整
してボードを貼り付け、その後1日以上養生した
後にボード上に仕上板材、化粧板を貼付けてい
た。この施工法ではボンドの調合、ボンドをダン
ゴ状にしての塗り付け、ボードの上下、左右のレ
ベル調整及び1日以上の養生が必要なため工期が
長いという大きな欠点があり、又ボンドを介して
水分がボードに浸透するためボードにシミ、カビ
を発生させており、更にはボードと壁との間隔
(出入り)の調整がボンドのダンゴの高さを所定
のものとし、そのボンドにボードを圧着したのち
調整定規でたたきながら上下、左右レベルをとら
なければならないので熟練を有するとともに時間
がかかり、しかも出入りの変更はきわめて難しい
という欠点があつた。
