- 一枚の配線基板上にアレイチツプを印字幅に合
わせた長さ分だけ直線的につなぎ合わせて搭載し
て成るＬＥＤアレイチツプ搭載用基板と、このＬ
ＥＤアレイチツプを駆動するドライバＩＣを搭載
した信号配線用基板とを、放熱用のヒートシンク
上に並置したことを特徴とするＬＥＤプリントヘ
ツド。
