を検出する光センサーと、前記光センサーにより
紐の欠乏が生じたことを検出した際にそのことを
知らせる警報器とを含み、前記容器の側壁は少な
くも前記光センサーの投光器から受光器への光が
通る部分が透明になつていることを特徴とする結
