にて前記複数の端末装置を順次繰り返しポーリン
グするポーリング手段と、該ポーリングに応答し
て端末装置からキヤリアバンド内の低周波信号に
て返送されてくるステータス情報を解読して異常
があつた場合に警報表示させる受信モニタ手段と
を設け、 一方、前記複数の端末装置の各々には、前記セ
ンタ装置による自己のポーリングを判別した時に
、ステータス情報によりキヤリアバンド内の低周
波信号を変調してセンタ装置に返送する手段を設
