来のコイルボビンを用いたコイルの組立てを説明
する説明図である。第5図は、第4図に示す従来
のコイルボビンのピン端子及びその周辺を示す外
観斜視図である。第6図は、第5図に示す従来の
コイルボビンのピン端子に巻線をからげ終端処理
した状態を示し、第6図aは外観斜視図で、破線
はピンが変形した場合の状態を示し、第6図bは
第6図aのA−A線からの縦断面図である。

Claims (1)
嵌合溝が形成され、又該鍔に端子用ピンが植設さ
れて成り、中央孔に分割型閉磁路コアを組付けて
コイルを形成するコイルボビンにおいて、前記の
鍔のピン端子が円錐形端子植設部に植設され、且
つ該ピン端子の露出部の中間にくびれが加工され
ていることを特徴とするコイルボビン。 A cylindrical winding core is provided with flanges at both ends, core fitting grooves are formed on the outer surface of the flanges, terminal pins are implanted in the flanges, and a split type closed magnetic circuit core is assembled in the center hole.
