Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform work safely by eliminating a ground matter combustion process and to prevent the generation of an offensive smell by receiving the ground matter of garbage ground in a disposer in a dehydration basket and removing moisture by the centrifugal force of the dehydration basket and subsequently feeding the ground matter to a drying chamber to dehumidify and dry the same. CONSTITUTION:The garbage charged in the grinding tank 3 of a disposer 2 along with water is ground by a rotary blade 4 to flow in a rotary dehydration basket 6 through a drain pipe 16. The ground matter is centrifugally dehydrated herein and water is drained from a drain port 1b while the ground matter falls on the receiving plate 25 of a drying chamber 23 from a discharge port 1a. A compressor 19 and a blower 22 are driven in the drying chamber 23 to perform dehumidifying and drying operation and the ground matter on the receiving plate 25 is gradually dried to fall in a dust container 27. Since trap parts 16a, 1c are provided to a drain route, the rising of an offensive smell is prevented. Since a dehumidifier due to a cooling medium is used, the exhaustion to the outside is unnecessary and there is no possibility such that the offensive smell in the drying chamber is leaked to the outside.

On the other hand, the squeezed pulverized material is similarly transported upward by the centrifugal force and falls from the discharge port (1a) onto the loss dollar (8) of the combustion chamber (7). Here, although the details are omitted, microwaves are generated from a microwave generator (not shown), thereby heating the crushed material on the Rosdol (8),
The water is evaporated and dried. When the crushed material dries,
The ignition heating element (9) is heated by absorbing the microwave,
When heated to red heat, the crushed material is ignited and burns to ash. Since this ash falls into the ash receiver box (10), it can be pulled out and thrown away at the appropriate time. In this way, it is possible to store kitchen waste in an odorless state without discharging the pulverized material into the sewerage system.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, in this invention, the pulverized kitchen waste that has been pulverized by the disposer is stored in a dehydration basket, and the water is dehydrated by the centrifugal force of the dehydration basket, and the pulverized material is transported to the drying room. Since dehumidifying and drying is performed here, there is no step of burning the crushed material, which makes it possible to work safely and to prevent the generation of odors.
