シリンダにプランジヤをアクチユエータで駆動可
能に配置し、前記プランジヤの先端にシヤツトバ
ルブをスプリングを介して付設し、前記シリンダ
の側面からメインバルブ下流側に通じるバイパス
通路を設け、アクチユエータによりプランジヤを
駆動することによりシヤツトバルブでメインバル
ブ上流側吸気路を遮断するとともに、前記バイパ
ス通路のシリンダ側面の開口面積を調節するよう
