- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 セツト信号に応答して所定の設定車速になるよ
うに定速走行制御を行い、キヤンセル信号に応答
して該定速走行制御を解除する定速走行制御装置
において、 キヤンセル信号が出力されていることを検出す
るキヤンセル信号検出手段と、 セツト信号が出力されていることを検出するセ
ツト信号検出手段と、 前記キヤンセル信号検出手段及び前記セツト信
号検出手段がそれぞれ時間的に重複してキヤンセ
ル信号及びセツト信号を検出したときに、警報を
発生する警報発生手段とからなることを特徴とす
る定速走行制御装置の警報装置。
