と、前記段部の近傍で前記受け板の先端側に配置
される引抜き自在な安全ピンと、該安全ピンと前
記操作レバーの摺動部との間に配置されて前記操
作レバーを走行ポジシヨンに維持するストツパと
、前記安全ピンに一端が結ばれ、他端が運転手の
腕に嵌められるブレスレツトに結ばれた連結紐と
