て連結されると共にその変位部材の変位に伴い前
記シヤフトに対し平行に移動するように前記ハウ
ジングに設けられ前記シフトレバーがパーキング
ポジシヨンにシフトされるとロツク解除位置に移
動されそれ以外のポジシヨンにシフトされるとロ
ツク位置に移動されるロツクレバーと、このロツ
クレバーに前記シヤフトに向けて突設された凸部
と、前記シヤフトの外周部に突設され前記キーロ
ータが施錠位置に回動された状態及び作動位置に
回動された状態で前記凸部の移動軌跡外に位置さ
れるロツク部とを具備し、前記ロツクレバーがロ
ツク解除位置に移動された状態では前記凸部が前
記ロツク部の回動軌跡外に位置して前記キーロー
タの施錠位置と作動位置との間の回動を許容し、
前記キーロータが作動位置に回動され且つ前記ロ
ツクレバーがロツク位置に移動された状態では前
記凸部が前記ロツク部の回動軌跡内に位置して前
