ノズル装置であつて、前端に金型の注入口に係合
するノズル孔を備えるとともに、後端に樹脂導入
口を備えたノズル本体と、該ノズル本体中を樹脂
圧と外力とを利用して軸方向に前後進可能なニー
ドルと、該ニードルの周囲に形成され、その前後
進によりノズル孔にて開閉される樹脂流路と、一
端が加圧流体送入源に連結され、他端がノズル孔
内に開口する流体流路とを有し、ノズル本体には
ニードルの前後進に伴つてこれとの摺動により昇
降し流体流路を開閉する弁が取付けられ、溶融樹
脂の型窩への射出時には弁が閉鎖され、射出終了
後は弁が開放されて型窩へ加圧流体を送入するよ
うになされていることを特徴とする射出成形用ノ
