加熱される空気を送風フアンにより回転ドラム、
リントフイルタ、冷却器の順に循環させて、回転
ドラム内に収容された有機溶剤によつて洗濯、脱
液された衣類を乾燥する溶剤回収式乾燥機におい
て、 回転ドラムとリントフイルタとの間に設けられ
循環風路を流れる空気により回転するスリツト付
円板と、このスリツト付円板により断続される光
を検出し、スリツト付円板の回転数に対応するパ
ルス信号を出力するホトインタラプタと、ホトイ
ンタラプタから出力されるパルス信号により循環
風路内の風量を算出しその風量が基準値以下の場
合に回転ドラム及び送風フアンの回転を停止する
とともに加熱器の作動を停止する制御手段とを備
