達するため、減速比が非常に大きく従つてドラム
伝達プーリー側のベルトとの接触角が非常に小さ
くスリツプ率も大きいものである。その結果この
種従来公知の装置の単一材料として合成樹脂材料
を採用したものにあつてはドラムブーリー側のベ
ルトとのスリツプによつて発熱し、かつ合成樹脂
材料の欠点である熱伝導性の悪さにより熱がドラ
ムブーリー側に蓄積されるために、耐久性に乏し
く、摩耗したり、クリープ現象による破壊等の問
題があつた。さらには、鋼材のものにあつてはド
ラム伝達プーリー及びフアン伝達プーリーの径及
び表面粗さの精度が必要なため切削加工の手段を

部4cにフアン伝達プーリー6の材料が流入し凸

ー4とフアン伝達プーリー6とは相互に強固に結
合される。モーターシヤフト3aにはドラム伝達
プーリー4のみを嵌着し、固定用ビス7によつ
て、モーターシヤフト3aに設けたカツター割り
部3bにロツクされ、モーターシヤフト3aとド
ラム伝達プーリー4は直結固定される。この構成
の採用を可能としたのは、乾燥機の動作時におい
て、駆動用モーターの回転力を回転ドラム及び送
風フアンに伝達する際に、回転ドラムと送風フア
ンの回転数の差が大きく換言すれば回転ドラムへ
の伝達における駆動側すなわちドラム伝達プーリ
ー4には高負担となり、一方送風フアンへの伝達
における駆動側すなわち、フアン伝達プーリー6
には軽負担となるので両プーリーの材料を異なら
せて合理的に結合することに着目したことにあ
り、実施例による、回転ドラムを駆動させるドラ
ム伝達プーリーを鋼材等の金属材料で形成し送風
フアンを駆動させるフアン伝達プーリーを合成樹
脂より形成し、かつ両プーリーをインサート成型
にて一体的に形成し、駆動用のモーターシヤフト
にはドラム伝達プーリーのみ直結固定することに
より、つぎに列記するような作用効果をもつもの
となる。すなわち、 (1) モータシヤフトへの固着は鋼材等の金属材料
よりなる伝達プーリー側を固定するだけで堅固
な固着が得られ、かつモータシヤフト長さは合
理的に構成でき、さらに、フアン伝達プーリー
の肉盛部からなるストツパーガイドによりフア
ン伝達プーリーの取り付け作業が非常に能率的
に行なえるだけではなく、フアンベルト、ドラ
ムベルトのセツト位置が精度高く組立可能とな
