- 軸部材と、この軸部材を支持した軸受部材とを
備え、これら軸部材と軸受部材との間に摺動部を
形成した圧縮機において、上記軸部材と上記軸受
部材とのうちのどちらか一方にセラミツクコーテ
イングを施し、他方にりん酸塩被膜処理を施した
ことを特徴とする圧縮機。
