節自在に支承されているヘツドレストに外部スピ
ーカーを取付けるための取付構造において、一端
部にスピーカー取付片を備えてなると共に、長孔
を穿設してなる長尺板状の取付金具本体と、前記
支柱を抱え込み得る凹部を形成すると共に、ボル
ト挿通用の通孔を穿設してなる固定金具とを用い
、前記支柱を挟着するようにして取付金具本体と
固定金具を対向位置させ、両者をボルトとナツト
で固定し、且つ取付金具本体に形成してある前記
スピーカー取付片を介して外部スピーカーを取付
け得るように構成したことを特徴とするヘツドレ
