ツチアウタの回転により遠心力を受けて遠心方向
に移動するガバナウエイトを設ける一方、ピニオ
ン軸には、遠心方向に移動したガバナウエイトを
前記突出移動した位置で係止してピニオン軸の早
戻り規制をするウエイトガイドを設けたことを特
