るダストカバーと、該フランジ部に重ねて一体に
締付け固定する固定プレートと、該固定プレート
にジヨイントカバーを当接固定してなる遮音構造
において、前記ダストカバーのフランジ部に、前
記ジヨイントカバーに当接するリツプ突起を形成
したことを特徴とするステアリングシヤフト貫通
