Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a can with a stay-on-tab which does not come off the can and whose strength can be kept as same as a pull-tab can even with non- carbonic drink put in wherein inner pressure is low by a method wherein the tab is connected to a main body at one position and can be rotated with respect to the connection part as the center in a can. CONSTITUTION:A tab 3 is fixed to a main body 1 and a lid 2 wherein when the lid 2 is to be opened, the tab is raised in a direction (a) first and after a part of the lid 2 and the main body 1 are separated, the tab 3 is pulled along a direction (b) and rotated so that the lie 2 can be separated from the main body 1. Since the lid 2 and the tab 3 are shifted from a mouth, they may not disturb drinking. In addition, since the lid 2 is covered by the tab 3, injuring by the cut of the lid 2 can be prevented. Since the tab is constituted to be connected with the lid, force can be efficiently transmitted as force for pulling the lid from the main body so that the strength of a stay-on-tab can can be approximately equal to that of a pull-tab can even with non-carbonic drink put in whose inner pressure is low.

(Prior art) Conventionally, the lids of canned beverages such as juice and beer include pull-tab cans, which are used after being removed from the can, as shown in Figure 6, and stay-on tabs, in which the lid does not separate from the main body, as shown in Figure 7. There is a can. Currently, the majority of canned beverages produced in Japan are in pull-tab cans.

In FIG. 6, the pull-tab can consists of a main body 31, a lid 32 carved into a part of the main body 31, and a tab 33 attached to the lid 32. When opening the lid 32, the tab 33 is raised in the direction of the arrow a and pulled off, so that the lid 32 is separated from the main body 31.

Conventional stay-on tabs have the same impact resistance as pull tabs for cans with high internal pressure such as carbonated drinks, but for non-carbonated cans such as coffee and oolong tea, the internal pressure is low and the strength is lower. There is a view that it may be more inconvenient than a pull tab. Also, some people find traditional stay-on tub cans unsanitary because the lid touches the contents of the can.

As described above, both pull tabs and conventional stay-on tabs had their own issues. This invention was made to solve these problems, and provides a stay-on tab can in which the tab does not separate from the can and has the same strength as a pull tab even when the internal pressure is low even with materials other than carbonic acid. The purpose is to

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is intended to solve the above problems, and provides a can having a structure in which a tab and a main body are connected and can be rotated around the tab. Is this a can configured so that the tab remains connected to the can body, or a can with a string that connects the tab to the can body? (Function) In this invention, since the tab is connected to the lid, the force is efficiently transmitted as a force to peel off the lid from the main body, and the strength of the stay-on tab can can be increased even when the internal pressure is low even when using other than carbonic acid. It can be made similar to a pull tab.

(Example) Figure 1 is a block diagram of a rotary stay-on tub can.
In the figure, 1 is a can main body, 2 is a lid carved into a part of the main body 1, and 3 is a tab attached to the main body 1 and the lid 2. In order to open the lid 2, the tab 3 is first raised in the direction of the arrow a, the lid 2 and the main body 1 are partially separated, and then the lid 2 is separated from the main body 1 by pulling and rotating in the direction of the arrow. FIG. 2 is an open view of FIG. 1. In this way, the lid 2 and tab 3 are shifted from the drinking spout, so they do not get in the way when drinking.
