ラム装置において、 前記ダイアフラムの中央部に中芯出し治具がダ
イアフラムの中心軸に対して略直交する方向から
係合可能な係合部を設け、前記ケースには上記ダ
イアフラム中央部に設けた係合部に対応する位置
に上記中芯出し治具を抜き差し可能な孔を有する
