周囲に、他方の部材に回転伝達プレートを介して
一体に連結された保護カバーが回転自在に被嵌さ
れ、この保護カバーにて密閉された内空部で、保
護カバーの中心に一体に設けられた回転伝達シヤ
フトが、カツプリングを介して前記回転角センサ
の検知軸に連結され、回転角センサの配線が保護
カバーを通して外部に引出されたことを特徴とす
