Abstract

PURPOSE:To heat the sealed liquid at specific temperature in a short time by supplying a high-frequency current to a high-frequency coil for a specific time and swinging a container on detecting the container being inserted into the high-frequency coil. CONSTITUTION:The output of a means 6 which detects the container 1 being inspected into the high-frequency coil 2 is inputted to a high-frequency power source 3 and a means 4 which swings the container 1. When the means 6 which detects the container 1 being inserted into the high-frequency coil 2 operates, the high-frequency current is supplied to the high-frequency coil 2 for the specific time and the means 4 which swings the container 1 operates for the specific time. Consequently, the liquid in the container is heated with a high frequency while swung for the specific time, so the liquid reaches the specific time uniformly in a short time.

In FIG. 1, a high frequency coil 2 is provided with its axis vertical, and is connected to a high frequency type a3. A vibrator 4 is coaxially provided below the high-frequency coil 2, and its upper end supports the bottom of a liquid-filled can l inserted into the high-frequency coil 2 from above. Furthermore, the vibrator 4 is connected to an AC type vibrator B3a. Further, a limit switch 6 is provided at the bottom of the high frequency coil 2, which is activated by contacting the lower side surface of the can 1 when the can 1 is inserted. The limit switch is connected to a commercial Tl source 3b, and its output is inputted via a timer 7 to the high frequency power source 3 and the exciter AC power source 3a.

As shown in FIG. 2, the details of the vibrator 4 include a cylindrical vibration table lO coaxially provided above an E-shaped permanent magnet 12 with salient poles facing upward. The vibration table lO has the can 1 placed on its upper end and is supported in the horizontal radial direction by support springs. Further, a coil 11 is wound around the central salient pole of the permanent magnet 12 and connected to an AC TL source 3a for the exciter.

In the above configuration, the ring L is connected to the high frequency coil 2 from above.
When the can 1 is inserted into the can 1 and rides on the vibration table 10 of the vibration exciter 4, and the switch 6 on the bottom side of the can 1 is turned on, the power from the commercial power supply 3b is transferred to the timer 7.
Then, the timer 7 is started, and at the same time, the high frequency TL source 3 and the AC power source 3a for the exciter are turned on, and each of them is activated. A high frequency current flows from the high frequency power source 3 to the high frequency coil 2, and the liquid in the can 1 is heated by high frequency. On the other hand, an alternating current flows from the vibrator AC power source 3a to the coil 11, and its magnetic action causes the vibrating table 10 to be vibrated in the vertical direction to cause the can l to move and disappear. When the liquid in can 1 reaches a predetermined temperature,
In other words, when the timer 7 runs for a predetermined period of time, the timer 7 runs out.
The power to the high frequency power source 3 and the AC exciter type R3a is cut off.

An eccentric cam 20 that contacts the bottom of the can is provided, and a motor 21 having a shaft coupled to the eccentric cam 20 is provided. As the motor 21 rotates, the eccentric cam 20 rotates and the can 1 is moved up and down. Alternatively, as shown on the left side of the figure, an eccentric cam 21a and a motor 20a may be provided on the side of the can 1 to move the can 1 from side to side. Moreover, both of the above may be performed simultaneously.
